Vous \u00eates un coureur du dimanche ou vous avez envie de d\u00e9couvrir la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>

Vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 couru, mais il vous faut reprendre et vous remettez toujours au lendemain\u2026<\/p>

Vous serez agr\u00e9ablement surpris par vos possibilit\u00e9s et la rapidit\u00e9 de vos progr\u00e8s.<\/p>

Forts de notre exp\u00e9rience, nous vous proposons de vous encadrer.<\/p>

La course \u00e0 pied en groupe, dans une ambiance conviviale, donne un atout suppl\u00e9mentaire pour pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer.<\/p>

C\u2019est une association o\u00f9 les ma\u00eetres mots sont convivialit\u00e9, esprit de groupe, bonne humeur et franche rigolade. Il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition et d\u2019individualit\u00e9.<\/p>

C\u2019est une association qui vaut le d\u00e9tour, parce qu\u2019on y trouve des gens sympas et qui ont un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit qui se perd de nos jours.<\/p>

Courir en groupe, rester en forme, courir tout en voulant progresser\u2026<\/p>

Vous trouverez sans doute une bonne raison pour venir s\u2019entrainer.<\/p>
